Latest Updates

Well, it has been a while since our last postings.
Not much new has been happening though.

Samantha is growing like a weed and is now almost 10 pounds. She has gone for one test in Saskatoon to see about her one kidney and it went well, but she wiggled a lot through the test (can you blame her) so she will have to go again in May.
We also got her Dedicated at our church at the end of March. It is like being baptized, but without the water.

Anisha is going to be three soon. She is doing awesome and is always active. Not much new from her end of things. She is staying home a few days a week with Alison and will be going to Daycare part-time in May and June since Alison is home alot.

Ali is still busy as Guiding Commissioner but loving the extra work. She is having a blast at home with Samantha and Anisha and attends Mom's Morning Out on Tuesdays to get connected with other Mom's in town.

School is going well with me, no word on a job for the fall yet, but I still have a couple of months left to hear. I recently got certified in teaching Math with Sylvan Learning thus becoming one of FOUR officially certified in Sylvan in Canada. I was in the paper and I got a letter from our MP thanking me.

Upcoming events:
Anisha's third B-day on May 2. Both sets of parents should be up for it.

We are all going to see Robert Munsch in concert at the end of May. He is coming to PA to do a read of his books, so we are taking Anisha to that.

At the end of June, I have tickets to go see Star Wars in Concert. Still don't have a date to go with me, but I think I can find someone soon.

We are planning on spending most of July in Alberta camping with Ali's parents at their lake lot.

At the end of July, the whole family is also planning on attending the Kamp Kadesh Family Church camp just north of PA here. I think it will be an awesome experience.

So, that is it for now. Here are some pics on Facebook as to latest events (Click each pic to take you to a different album):

Happy Birthday Anisha! Sorry I couldn't be there too but my life is a bit hectic right now. No doubt we'll cross paths over the summer at pigeon lake.
