Cold enough for ya? Anisha News!

Holy crap is it cold and snowy here in P.A. I swear that someone in this city, or the western prairies, did something really bad to piss off old man winter this way.
Here is a screen shot from this morning as to how cold it is and how cold it will be tonight:

-48 degrees! Holy toads!!! And -43 degrees tonight!? That's sickening.
Plus, it's planning to stay in the -20 to -25 range for the next week. Oy veh!

Even though we plug in our car here overnight, it still wouldn't start this morning. It usually takes about 3 minutes of turning to start, but today it didn't. I thought I was gonna wear out the battery. So, Ali had to bundle up ALOT and trek to work. I guess I'm not making it to Mom's morning out and afternoon Parent Talk today.

It snowed alot yesterday too with our blizzard conditions. The snowdrifts here are 3 to 4 feet high, up to the middle of my torso. I've never seen them that high other than in pictures from Newfoundland when they get the post-hurricane dumps in November. Those can be 15 to 20 feet high.

In other news, Anisha now enjoys munching on Mum-mums (little rice cookie things) and arrowroot biscuits, and makes an awful mess of it.

Plus, she has now learned how to crawl!!! Not well, but she can do it. Here are some videos of her crawling (or at least trying to, lol):

Way to go Anisha!! Soon you'll be able to help Daddy shovel those four foot snow drifts.
