The Gillespie Family: More work on the book... and updates!

I got my book re-edited this month and re-released it on LuLu.com. This past week, it was number one on the top ten Science Fiction books on LuLu. I also received my revenue pay for book sales in December and January and it amounted to a whopping $7.49. Yay me! In all, my book is now at #77 on Lulu.com.

I have been in contact with the Prince Albert Cuelenaere Library to do a book reading in Late February/Early March, as well, I have put forth my name to the Saskatoon Public Library system to do a book reading there. Stay tuned for more information on whether these pan out or not.

In other news, work at CSC is going great. It is budget spending time so my coworker and I are busy getting our lists ready to spend on School supplies. No plays right now, but I will be busy seeing the new Odyssey shows over the next couple of months.

Alison, whose birthday is today as I write this, is doing fine with work and Guiding. She and Anisha took part in their Spark/Brownie sleepover last weekend and had a great time.

As for Anisha, Kindergarten is going well and she has great school activities like Princess Day and what not. No field trips yet, but she often brags she gets to watch Les Schtroumpfs (The Smurfs) at school a lot.

Samantha is a busy little 3 year old that still, amazingly, fits into some 18 month clothes. That girl needs to grow.

And her bed is getting too small... LOL

For the first time in our relationship, Ali and I will be going out on Valentines Day. An old friend of mine who is now a famous hypnotist, Wayne Lee, will be in town that day for a show and he has comped (is that a word) Ali and I two tickets to his show. So our evening will be dinner out at Wrapper Jacks, then a hypnotist show.
