Well not much new today. I didn't lose any weight, nor gain any. Well, according to my scale, I lost 0.3 pounds, so who knows. I have been taking it a little easy this week due to spasming my back on the weekend, so that may have affected it. I need to start losing more because I am going into movie withdrawl.
